Yari Gonzalez serves as Director of Operations at First Florida, where she oversees several of the company’s most critical operational and compliance functions. Her leadership includes oversight of departments responsible for government-regulated compliance requirements such as Davis-Bacon, Section 3, and HUD programs, while also helping guide the company’s broader 

operational coordination across multiple departments and project teams. 

 

Her collaborative leadership style and strong operational insight play an important role in 

fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and teamwork throughout the organization. 

Yari partners closely with First Florida’s Chief Financial Officer, CEO, Vice President of 

Construction and Director of Preconstruction to support project managers and ensure seamless 

coordination between internal departments, ownership teams, consultants, and trade partners.

  

Known for her thoughtful leadership approach and with more than 14 years at First Florida, Yari
