With more than 15 years of construction experience and over a decade with First Florida Constructors, Nick Romanies serves as Director of Construction for Central Florida, overseeing the successful execution of multifamily developments throughout the region. Known for his hands-on leadership style, technical expertise, and strong field presence, Nick plays a vital role in ensuring every project is delivered to First Florida’s standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. 

 

Nick is actively involved throughout the full construction lifecycle — from preconstruction 

planning and scheduling through field operations, coordination, and final project delivery. His 

experience across both market-rate and affordable housing developments has helped drive the successful completion of numerous large-scale residential communities across Florida.
