With more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Jorge Aburto serves as Vice 

President of Construction at First Florida Constructors, where he oversees the successful execution of multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, office, and high-rise developments throughout South Florida.

Known for his strong leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on management approach, Jorge provides strategic oversight throughout all phases of construction, helping guide complex developments from planning through completion. He works closely with clients, consultants, trade partners, and project teams to foster collaboration, navigate challenges, and ensure successful project outcomes. His ability to align people, processes, and project objectives has made him a trusted leader within the organization and a valued partner to First Florida's clients.

Throughout his career, Jorge has been involved in the successful delivery of thousands of residential units across a wide range of large-scale developments, including market-rate, affordable housing, mixed-use, waterfront, and HUD-funded projects throughout Florida.
