Greg Wyka has worked with First Florida since 1996, when he administered the construction management contract for Divi Resorts in Aruba. Since then, as a Superintendent/Project Manager, Vice President, and now President, he has managed more than $ 1.5 billion in construction projects and has personally overseen the construction of over 15,000 multifamily units. Greg is the principal and primary owner of the First Florida Companies.

Greg is an industry advisory board member for the University of Miami's Master's in Construction Management Program. As a recipient of the University of Florida’s Gator 100 Award, Greg is leading First Florida to be one of the strongest Florida-based construction companies of the future.
