Dana W. Teeter has been a driving force behind First Florida’s growth and success since joining the company in 2004. Beginning his career as an Assistant Superintendent, Dana steadily
advanced through the organization — serving as Superintendent, Project Manager, and ultimately rising to Senior Vice President through his leadership, operational expertise, and deep
understanding of the construction process.
Based out of First Florida’s Tampa office, Dana leads the company’s Central Florida operations
and oversees projects throughout the region. He remains actively involved in every phase of
development, from early design coordination and preconstruction through project execution,
closeout, and client turnover. His hands-on leadership style and commitment to quality have
helped deliver successful projects across a wide range of multifamily developments.
Over the course of his tenure with First Florida, Dana has overseen the construction of more than 15,500 multifamily residential units, contributing significantly to the company’s reputation for consistency, efficiency, and long-term client relationships throughout Florida.
Known for his field knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach, Dana
continues to play a key role in mentoring teams, strengthening operations, and supporting the company’s continued expansion across Central Florida.
