Andrew J. Lenahan has been an integral part of First Florida Constructors since 2002, bringing more than two decades of leadership, operational expertise, and industry involvement to the company’s continued growth. As Executive Vice President, Andrew oversees and remains actively engaged 

in all facets of the organization, including business and leadership development. 

 

Known for his collaborative leadership style and client-focused approach, Andrew is committed 

to delivering award-winning projects through efficient teams that understand both the technical 

and strategic goals of every development. His ability to create value throughout every phase of 

construction has helped establish long-standing relationships across the industry. 

 

Throughout his career at First Florida, Andrew has helped lead the successful delivery of transformative ground-up developments across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, office, assisted living, retail, and rehabilitation sectors throughout the Southeast.

 

In addition to his role at First Florida, Andrew maintains active leadership positions across the 

construction and community development industries. He serves as Director of AGC Counsel, 

Vice President of the South Florida AGC, Managing Member of Fortis Design + Build, and 

Board President of Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade, reflecting his ongoing commitment to 

advancing the industry and strengthening local communities.
