Alberto Cattabriga has been a key leader at First Florida Constructors since 2002, bringing more than two decades of experience in construction management, operations, and project execution. As Director of Construction, Alberto oversees development strategy, estimating, preconstruction services, field operations, and project management through completion, helping ensure projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Throughout his career with First Florida, Alberto has contributed to the successful completion of more than 25 projects totaling over 6,000 residential units and approximately $750 million in
construction value. His extensive experience spans multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing,
and high-rise developments throughout Florida.
Known for his technical expertise and leadership in the field, Alberto has served in a variety of
roles throughout his career, including Executive Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, General Superintendent, and On-Site Project Manager. His comprehensive understanding of construction operations allows him to effectively guide teams through every phase of the project lifecycle while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
He plays an important role in mentoring project teams, driving accountability, and ensuring
projects remain aligned with budget, schedule, and overall client objectives.
