Executive Team

Bob Miller began his career in the construction industry in 1969 as a laborer and has worked in every aspect of the business from estimating to project management. A native Miamian, he holds a degree in Architectural Engineering and is a licensed General Contractor in both Florida and Louisiana. Since becoming President of Operations in 2000, he has managed more than 500 million dollars in construction projects. He is personally involved in every phase of every project and maintains a philosophy of total accessibility. Bob serves on the Board of Directors of Associated General Contractors’ South Florida chapter and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together’s Miami chapter, a non-profit organization that rehabs housing for disabled and elderly homeowners at no cost to the homeowners and serves on the University of Miami School of Architecture Visiting Committee.

Greg Wyka has worked with First Florida since 1996, when he administered the construction management contract for Divi Resorts in Aruba. Since then, as a Project Manager and now Vice President, he has managed more than 223 million dollars in construction projects. Greg is based out of First Florida’s Orlando office.

Catherine Miller joined First Florida in 1998 as Vice President. She oversees the administrative aspects of the business, including marketing, human resources and insurance. Prior to 1998, her twenty-year career in marketing included twelve years as the head of marketing for South Miami Hospital and Baptist Health and various positions in the advertising industry.
